Charles Friedlaender opened the business in 1994 in Ormond Road, Elwood using his expertise as a rental and Body Corporate Property Manager. Since then Charles has established an enviable reputation for successful and trouble free property management and built the business to the extent where it is now a team effort at Friedlaenders.

Charles trained as an architect from 1970 and utilizes those skills and knowledge particularly in the maintenance side of property management. Charles is actively involved in the letting and management of properties.
